Looking through rushes of Small Mercies, working on overdue scripts, casting for 'Galore', watching bad movies searching for good visual references for fire and smoke (and yes, yes, I've watched 'Backdraft', 'Volcano' and 'Dante's Peak'), cutting cashmoney jobs, responding to endless overdue phonecalls and emails, fucking nightmarishly dirty desk to clean... so much to do but rather than work effectively, I thought I'd glean a few more snaps from last week's shoot while I thrash the living daylights out of Cat Power's new record.
